What is Nouns Kart?
Nouns Kart is a free 3D kart racing game you play in your browser. Pick a Noun, pick a cup and race seven rivals across 20 tracks, from Noun Square and Candy Clouds to Lava Core, Mars Rally and Cosmic Coil.
Hold drift through the corners until the sparks turn blue, orange and then purple for a mini-turbo, pull tricks off ramps and grab items like the Noggle Shell, Pickle Peel and Bass Rocket. Forty of the Nouns also carry their own signature weapon and passive skill, charged from a meter as you race.
Earn coins to upgrade your kart in the Garage and style it with paint, rims, wings and underglow. Play Grand Prix, Single Race, Time Trial against your own ghost, balloon Battle, or 2 Players on one screen. You can even use your phone as a steering wheel.

The Noggles Cup, Crown Cup, Star Cup and Moon Cup each hold five tracks, raced at 50, 100, 150 or 200cc.
Drift for turbo
Hold a drift and the sparks go blue, orange and purple for bigger mini-turbo boosts.

Forty Nouns carry their own weapon and passive skill on top of 17 items you pick up on the track.
Battle mode
Five balloons each and two and a half minutes: the last kart standing wins.

Pair up to two phones by QR code, tilt to steer and feel the buzz when you get hit.
Garage upgrades and style
Spend race coins on Engine, Turbo, Tyres, Armour and Coin Magnet, and dress your kart up.
Time Trial ghosts
Race your own best lap, then unlock Mirror mode and 200cc.
How to play
- Open Nouns Kart and choose Grand Prix, Single Race, Time Trial, Battle or 2 Players.
- Pick your Noun, kart body and engine class.
- Accelerate with W or ↑, steer with A and D, and hold Space to drift.
- Grab item boxes and press E to use an item, or Q to fire your Noun’s weapon when it is charged.
- Finish on the podium to earn cup trophies and coins for the Garage.

Is Nouns Kart free?
Yes. Nouns Kart is free to play in your browser, with no ads and no sign-up. Every Noun, track and cup is open from the start.
Can two people play?
Yes. 2 Players mode splits the screen for a race, a battle or a full cup. There is no online racing.
How do I drift?
Hold Space (or RB on a controller) while you steer through a corner. Keep the drift going until the sparks change colour, then let go for a mini-turbo.
Can I use my phone as a steering wheel?
Yes. Pair up to two phones by scanning a QR code or typing a room code, then tilt the phone to steer.
How do I unlock Mirror mode and 200cc?
Win gold in any cup at 150cc to unlock Mirror mode. Win gold in the Noggles Cup and Crown Cup at 150cc to unlock 200cc.
Does it save my progress?
Yes. Trophies, records, badges, coins and upgrades save automatically on your device, and a Grand Prix in progress can be continued.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Install it to your home screen and it keeps working without an internet connection.
