What is Nouns Calm?

Nouns Calm is a free app for sleep, rest and meditation. Mix your own soundscape from rain, thunder, ocean, streams, crickets, a crackling fire, a purring cat or a night train, add gentle music, and watch the sky above change with the sounds you choose.

Follow guided meditations from three to twenty minutes, try five breathing patterns, or sit quietly with a timer and bells. At bedtime, set a sleep timer that slowly fades everything out, or listen to one of nine sleep stories read slowly aloud.

Keep a private sleep journal to see how you slept. It all runs in your browser, works offline after your first visit, and your journal never leaves your device.
