Ingredients

• 50 ml Limoncello (lemon liqueur)
• 100 ml Prosecco, well chilled
• 30 ml soda water
• ice cubes
• 1 slice lemon slice
• 1 sprig Mint (optional)

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Pour in the limoncello, then the Prosecco and finally the soda water.
3. Stir once, gently, so the bubbles stay lively, and garnish with the lemon slice and mint.

Tips

• Homemade limoncello (see our recipe) is perfect here; keep it in the freezer so the drink stays ice cold.
