Ingredients

60 ml Lillet Blanc (Bordeaux wine apéritif)
120 ml Tonic water, chilled
plenty of ice
1 slice orange or lemon slice
1 sprig Mint (optional)

Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice and pour in the Lillet.
Top up with tonic, stir once gently and garnish with the citrus slice and a mint sprig.

Tips

Try Lillet Rosé with a strawberry or grapefruit slice.
A good, not-too-sweet tonic makes all the difference.
