Ingredients

40 ml Campari
120 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
ice cubes
1 slice orange wedge

Method

Blend the orange juice on high for 15 seconds (or froth it with a milk frother) until light and foamy.
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in the Campari.
Top with the fluffy orange juice and garnish with the orange wedge.

Tips

Blood oranges make it even redder and sweeter. Aperol works for a softer, less bitter version.
