Ingredients

• 750 ml Orange soda (e.g. Fanta), chilled
• 750 ml Lemon-lime soda (e.g. Sprite), chilled
• 60 ml Grenadine syrup
• 4 tbsp Blackcurrant cordial (e.g. Ribena)
• 1 tsp Angostura bitters (several dashes) (optional)
• ½ Cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 Orange, sliced into rounds
• 1 Lime, sliced into rounds
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a large jug halfway with ice and add the cucumber, orange and lime slices.
2. Pour in the grenadine, blackcurrant cordial and bitters.
3. Top up with the chilled orange and lemon-lime sodas and stir gently so you keep the fizz.
4. Pour into tall glasses with plenty of fruit and serve straight away.

Tips

• Angostura bitters is high in alcohol; a few dashes leave only a trace, but skip it for a fully alcohol-free drink.
• Mix the syrups and fruit ahead, but add the sodas only at the last minute.
