Ingredients

• 45 ml Vodka
• 15 ml fresh lime juice, plus a wedge
• 120 ml ginger beer, chilled
• 1 sprig Mint (optional)
• Ice

Method

1. Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in the vodka and lime juice.
3. Top up with the ginger beer and stir gently once or twice.
4. Garnish with the lime wedge and a mint sprig.

Tips

• A spicy, brewed ginger beer makes all the difference. For a lighter drink, use 25 ml vodka and a little more ginger beer.
