Ingredients

• 15 ml Vodka
• 15 ml Gin
• 15 ml White rum
• 15 ml Tequila blanco
• 15 ml Triple sec (orange liqueur)
• 25 ml fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml Simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
• 60 ml Cola, chilled
• ice cubes
• 1 slice lemon wheel, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice and syrup.
2. Shake for about 10 seconds, until well chilled.
3. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice and top with the cola. Stir once gently.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve with a straw.

Tips

• Contains alcohol, and plenty of it: this is roughly two standard drinks in one glass.
• The cola is just for colour and a hint of flavour; too much makes it taste flat.
• It tastes like soft iced tea but hits much harder: one is plenty, sipped slowly with water alongside. For an alcohol-free glass, try the Lemon & Mint Iced Tea in the Bar kitchen.
