Ingredients

Method

  1. Beat the soft butter, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl with a wooden spoon until creamy.
  2. Add the cocoa, oats, coffee and salt and mix until everything comes together into a sticky dough. If it is too soft to roll, chill it for 10 min.
  3. Roll into walnut-sized balls with lightly wet hands.
  4. Tip the coconut onto a plate and roll each ball until coated. Chill for 30 min to firm up, and keep them in the fridge.
