Ingredients

Method

  1. Line a tray with baking paper. Make sure the strawberries are completely dry, as any water makes the chocolate seize.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water, stirring, or in the microwave in 30 seconds bursts. Take it off the heat when a few small lumps remain and stir until smooth.
  3. Hold each strawberry by its stalk and dip it two-thirds into the chocolate. Let the excess drip off, then lay it on the tray. Sprinkle with nuts while still wet, if using.
  4. Melt the white chocolate the same way and drizzle thin lines over the berries with a spoon.
  5. Leave in a cool place or the fridge for 30 min until set. Eat the same day.
