Ingredients

Method

  1. Line two trays with baking paper.
  2. Melt the dark or milk chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, or in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
  3. Drop one pretzel at a time into the chocolate, turn it with a fork, lift it out and tap the fork on the bowl so the excess drips off. Lay it on the tray.
  4. Add sprinkles straight away, while the chocolate is wet, if using.
  5. Melt the white chocolate the same way and drizzle it over the pretzels in thin lines with a spoon.
  6. Chill for 20 min, until set, then peel off the paper.
